Attend Trade Mission

International Trade Mission, ITM

International Trade Mission (ITM) is put together by African Economic Empowerment Initiative and holds yearly, in the Month of October in the Republic of South Africa, Korea, South Africa, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and China but anchored by a frontline consultancy firm; GIL Consults who is our coordinating partners.

It takes entrepreneurship to the next level by platforming a rallying point for investors from around the world, especially Nigeria and the BRICS nations usually in Johannesburg and (or) Cape Town in South Africa.

ITM is an annual technology, trade and Industry Symposium. Its essence is to facilitate and establish a frame-work through which potential business relationships can be articulated and ultimately manifested in attainable, viable and sustainable business opportunities for Nigerians, including people from around the world.

In this conference, the following are achieved:

  1. Deal making, (helps parties interested in Joint venture relationships with foreign investors to close their deals)
  2. Investment, Risk analysis and management, (this guides investors into broad-based areas of safe investments)
  3. Trade facilitation, (introduces one to trade missions and treaties with multinationals)
  4. Project finance, (provision of consultancy for accessing project finance both locally and internationally for companies)
  5. Executive relaxation tours for all participants. Since all works and no play makes Jack a dull boy, busy Chief Executives who hardly find time to rest back home enjoy a well-arranged tourism itinerary in breath-taking cities and tourism sites to elongate their life span.

ITM holds in collaboration with Lagos and Johannesburg Chambers of Commerce and Industry when holding in South Africa.

Application to attend annual ITM runs on spillover basis, starting from November of a given year to September of the following year and finally hosted in October.
